不易流汗是不適合做有氧運動嗎? - 美體

我幾乎沒在運動(這句請別罵我,我開始要運動了)
因為沒運動,所以我想從比較輕度的踏步機開始。
前兩天都踩大概2000下,在1小時之內完成,邊看影集邊踩。
影集演完了,我竟然沒流半滴汗???也不覺得熱。
我有爬文,大家說「有氧」很好。可是我會不會是不適合呀?
怎麼會不流汗呢?
是不是改成做一些靜態的ex.瑜珈,會比較好?
我之前(兩年前),有去學瑜珈,老師教得都很基本,力度也不強。
可是上完一堂課,我是滿身汗,(不是熱瑜珈),也許是我的身體只有要「拉筋」
才會猛流汗。不然就是去做腳底按摩,才會流汗。
請問各位瘦身有成的版友,有沒有人是不適合有氧,反而適合靜態的「伸展」
