不好意思,小妹第一次在美體板發文
先簡介一下自己 是153 CM / 40KG
剛剛去算了一下BMI 17 ( = = 我不想被打死)
因為我非常容易瘦胸部 少吃一點就瘦了
隨著年紀增長 體重沒變但是肉都移動到肚子 Q A Q
現在每星期大概一至兩次慢跑
但是目前只能大概跑1.4KM而已 = ~ = 但也是不會出汗
因為不太會出汗的體質
造成我總是 夏天中暑、冬天偏頭痛、月經痛到暴
話說回來 如果是為了健康的因素要跳健康操
又不想要體重掉太多 只想結實 出個汗 排排毒
該選擇跳哪個老師的影片勒??
有人有跟我一樣夏天中暑,冬天偏頭痛的老症頭嘛?
