大家好,第一次在貴版發文>"<
大概今年三月開始減肥,所做的行動是少吃+極低熱量控制
大概就是每天熱量低於700 導致後來心因性厭食症
三月時的我體重50,上個月的我還迷惘在厭食狀態
導致體內很多器官有些衰竭 就119去了
住院住了一個月到上禮拜才出院,住院期間消水腫瘦到了"29.4"kg。
由於減肥過度心臟有積水 醫生不敢讓我吃太多怕壓迫到會有危險
但在這一個禮拜正常吃 大概
早餐: A 全麥饅頭60g + 無糖豆漿 100ml ~ 200ml
B 全麥土司兩片夾蛋
午餐:飯100g + 肉類30g 或 豆腐 50g + 青菜總量 150g 很常會暴掉吃太多菜>"<
晚餐也幾乎差不多,下午或早上會吃一份水果
到現在厭食還沒完全克服 很常還是會壓抑自己的食物
所以油炸的根本不吃 餅乾的話再這一個月內吃了兩次蘇打餅乾 一次10片一次3片
到現在我還是會很苛求自己...
不過在這一個禮拜這樣的"正常飲食"讓我瞬間上升到了31kg
雖然還是在可怕的數字中但是這是傳說中的溜溜球效應嗎?
我現在雙腿幾乎都沒力 要慢慢的補回來 我想我現在基代應該低到不行了= =
我身高162 體重在38的時候基代量1024(康是美量的)
我想請問各位神人如果我現在慢慢的回復到正常體重 而不想胖的都是肥肉
每天散步約半小時是足夠的嗎?
還是有推薦的運動呢? 因為現在雙腿都無力 只能做些簡單的"活動"
