午餐: 跟早餐一樣 拿鐵改成薏仁湯
晚餐: 滷肉飯+燙青菜 或 肉燥麵加燙青菜 或 義大利麵
其他: 因為住宿生 學校的東西看了都沒胃口..
日常作息時間: 我是研究生 早上7點到晚上10點都在研究室Q A Q
睡覺時間 1點 到 6點半
生活型態:研究生
減肥方式:每天跑操場 5 * 400 = 2km
然後再走一圈 再拉筋
問題陳述:我本來體重44公斤 現在變成48公斤
