為了身體健康跟減肥
一個月前開始在下班後,都會去家裡附近的河堤跑步
昨天站上體重機,跟上個月比我瘦了兩公斤!!! (灑花)
而且發現上班時的精神也變得更好
有運動果然有差,
希望自己能再接再厲的達到6公斤的目標!!!
雖然自己在跑完步都有按摩一下自己的腳
但還是蠻擔心跑步腳會變粗
想請問大家跑完步時,做些什麼可以防止腳變粗?
今天在Facebook上看到個文章
是說張鈞甯在上個月挑戰舊金山馬拉松的訓練過程
裡頭有提到跑步時身體向前傾,會比較輕鬆且不傷膝蓋
這是真的嗎?

另外看到這支影片之後,不禁要佩服張鈞甯
以前感覺她蠻柔弱的,沒想到這麼厲害
