其實我是一個新手
很多東西都是鼓足勇氣去問大隻的路人怎麼練 姿勢對不對
想問一下版上巨巨這樣的菜單可不可以
這個月的重量都是這樣 下個月考慮加重
希望巨巨可以給些建議
胸手
槓鈴
平板臥推
空槓*30 30*30 35*30 37.5*30 40*30
上斜40*30 下斜35*30
啞鈴上中下臥推各12.5*60
飛鳥滑輪上中下 各9*60
滑輪繩索三頭14*60
滑輪後三角27*30
啞鈴二頭12.5*60
做完後都有撕裂感也會力竭
這個月去健身房的頻率還蠻高的
沒事就去 所以大概是每天
不過我是一天練胸隔天練背腹腿
這樣子會不會太過操導致肌肉無法長大?
Ps 抱歉我打的讓大家誤會了
是每10或12下都會休息30秒再繼續做下一組做滿30or60
--
