乾淨的飲食,多少的垃圾食物扣打合理? - 健身

其實比較偏向閒聊,因為長期逛這版,一直覺得這裡對飲食有時候真的蠻嚴格
好奇大家心裡對於垃圾食物的尺是如何
以我自己的飲食來說
正餐基本上就是幾種在分配
1.水煮健康餐不飯菜多
2.無調味堅果(會秤重)
3.乳清蛋白粉+鷹嘴豆粉+紅藜麥粉+無糖豆漿
4.路邊麵攤30塊燙青菜少醬2份不同種類
5.85%/90%/100%每天1~2小片巧克力看心情輪著吃(1片10g)
6.冷壓初榨植物油輪著喝20ml/天(亞麻/紫蘇/橄欖等)
7.超商無糖拿鐵
8.火鍋昆布湯底不喝湯不火鍋料,
肉類最油只吃到梅花豬,多雞鴨肉片,澱粉只吃地瓜南瓜
沾醬8成白醋1成醬油+蒜頭蔥花
唯一比較會被拿出來挑剔的大概就是因為對直接喝油有點障礙,
所以我會配一包市售的即食湯包一起喝掉,但也會挑清湯,鈉含量在200~300內
這樣應該有資格說是很乾淨的飲食了吧(先只看正餐的話XD),而且我是純粹的外食族
但其實也是因為我愛吃的舒壓食物真的都是很垃圾的那種
蛋糕、生乳捲、泡芙、冰淇淋、麥當勞大薯、肉桂捲(麥當勞的肉桂捲真的超讚QQ)
長久下來發現好像正餐吃越乾淨,留著給垃圾食物的扣打才有辦法多一點XD
所以目前給自己的扣打大概就是一周有3天會有1顆全家泡芙(150大卡)
假日有一天是想吃啥就吃,只控制當天總熱量,基本上都是直接嗑一餐麥當勞or肯德基結束,
但是周攝取總熱量會嚴格控制在10000大卡(約每天1500),蛋白質平均每天1.1~1.3倍體重克數
因有運動習慣,估計還是有維持熱量赤字,這篇偏閒聊就不贅述(原PO女)
不過剛才看了自己的飲食紀錄APP算一下,這樣一周的垃圾食物扣打大概也來到了2000大卡,也就是1/5
感覺好像還是稍微多了一些Orz
好奇一下大家的分配都是如何?
