小弟在家健身
站姿雙手啞鈴彎舉...啞鈴單手7.5kg
一開始進步神速從5下----->13下
但是之後好幾個月都是只能彎到10~13下
請問這是什麼原因呢?
因為平日要工作
只能假日六日在家練
六日兩天早上各練一次
請問是訓練量不足嗎?
重量是否要繼續加重?
