用了一些方法讓體重在五周內下降六公斤
雖然沒有身體不適,體態也變好看
但是覺得好像肌肉有流失掉
BMI從29→27
原本想說到BMI26才開始做重訓
但不知道到那時候肌肉會不會流失到無法支撐
可以給我一些意見嗎
