今天原本想給自己一個鼓勵鼓勵的
因為今天早上(05:30)終於爬了起來 到體育場是05:50
跑了4400m(35分鐘) 快慢走了約15分鐘
加上最後5-10分鐘的緩和伸展
這樣我覺得還有點太晚 因為到體育場時 操場已經有1/3是有大太陽曝曬的!!
早餐也很認真的算是沒有亂吃
(1.5片土司 佐花生醬跟芝麻醬+統一高纖無糖豆漿)
但在午餐我卻整個大爆炸XD
家裡一包冷凍烏龍麵一直還沒煮 一包121大卡
又看了一些食譜 想試做看看炒烏龍麵
中午 我就吃了一大盤烏龍麵 一大碗紫菜蛋花湯
還吃了媽咪煮的好幾隻清燙蝦子 好幾快涼拌雞胗
最後以好幾塊西瓜做為午餐的ending~
吃完後 一切都很美好 也覺得很滿足!!!
但 我想以上的那些 熱量應該已經爆表了吧~><
嗚嗚~
(我決定在6月加入游泳 但我只會登牆 漂浮 打水
希望加入游泳 可以讓我的肥大腿變細!!!!)
