今天練了T-bar - 健身

練背真的很沒成就感,成長幅度超慢的
也不像練胸或練手那樣練完時會有脹脹的爽感
今天練背的時候,除了平常練的滑輪下拉、坐姿划船以及俯身挺背外
另外又加練了"T-bar划船"
果然超有fu的,練到了平常很少練到的背部中間的部分
練完後超不舒服,走路都走得很挺,想駝背都很難
很難過,不過很爽
PS.雖然很想加練單槓,不過目前還太弱了,只能拉一兩下= ="
