最近減肥想鍛練腹部,遇到一些問題,請幫忙回答一下我做不到幾下,腰就會劇烈的痛,而且會痛好幾天,例如:體適能大概做約20下左右,我會痛個2個禮拜,前幾天嚴重到就算坐著也會痛,這是姿勢的問題嗎?那要怎麼做姿勢才算正確呢?學校教的都是,雙手抱胸,膝蓋彎曲由別人幫忙壓住,每個體育老師都這樣做,這樣正確嗎?
