我是北部人到了接近30歲有機會到台南長期出差後
才發覺
南部日常飲食補足各種營養的CP值真的很高
衝擊很大啊
1.日常海鮮粥:魚蝦類跟蛤蜊補充到的蛋白質跟鋅
2.牛肉湯:牛肉含有豐富的血紅素鐵,可以協助身體去平衡壓力(大概是這樣?
(我是看日劇鴉色刑事組裡面提到才知道紅肉對於釋放壓力有幫助XD )
3.水果攤的酪梨牛奶:酪梨雖然有Omega-3 但鉀似乎是更重要的日常營養素
台灣常見富含鉀的食物有:香蕉,菠菜,豆類,地瓜,瓜類,菇類
鉀對於健身運動的肌肉修復還有精神狀況都極為重要
自從回台北後想覓食真的會提不起勁
剛好清明連假回想一下南部日常常見外食
竟然光這幾樣就可以補充到多項營養了XD
真的是羨慕
