使用引體向上輔助機 該著重次數還是重量 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好
本魯從小到大單槓一下都上不去
近日下定決心 開始跑健身房用輔助機漸進鍛煉
那種可以插重量 跪在墊子上的那種
目前訓練目標是要正握無輔助至少一下
這樣就不用一直花錢跑健身房 公園就能客家練
動作部份本魯有在注意肩脥內收下壓用背出力
盡量不用手臂代償
本魯身高182體重78公斤
目前引體向上輔助機正握是40KG能穩定做到8下3組
目前試過最輕能只插25KG 但只能拉一下
想問板上各位巨巨 我應該要
1.每次都往新的極限去試 只能做一下也好
2.穩當的從40KG 8下3組 到35、30...一路往下
目標是希望能在最短的時間內拉得動
無輔助一下
就不用一直花錢跑健身房了
