嗨嗨 大家好,我就是剛健身4.5個月的新手,最近大約一個禮拜開始看這個板
其實我覺得會不會打卡上傳有沒有在練跟是不是新手沒有正相關,我也看過朋友練了一
段時間還在上傳打卡的,看身材...老實說我覺得練得很普通啦,至於健身有成又有在
po照片的,我身邊好像沒這種朋友
然後真的有在練,我覺得上傳也很好啊,大家都想追求更好的身材,健身有成有成就感
po一下昭告朋友錯了嗎?不想看就滑掉就好了
最後想問有沒有不增加體重卻把力量提升的方法,飲食或訓練方式皆可,健身前60公斤
,現在65公斤,想維持在這個體重但是把力量往上提升,目標是(深蹲/臥推/硬舉)=
(150,110,180)以上
