如題,本身上半身瘦又薄版
下半身還好,S都可穿的住
身體消化能力好像不太好...
最近想改變生活習慣,早上去慢跑(這適合瘦子嘛?)
還有個問題想求證一下,瘦子是不是不要空腹運動比較好
以免越來越瘦~~??
對運動與身體的關係有點難釐清,希望大家多多給我建議^^
