最近幾個月正積極的在減肥~~不要求迅速的瘦下來~但毅力總是需要點成績來維持的嘛!
可是誰知...已經一個月了...一點變動都沒有~~~~~~~~快撐不下去了(哭哭~)
雖然這星期生理期來體重沒變...但是我不想以這個當安慰自己的藉口....
以下是我的減肥歷程~~請大家幫忙看一下吧~~感恩
身高:162
體重:66
體脂~~~沒量勒
1.運動:
前兩星期每週上健身房2~3天~~
每天跑步+快走30~40min~~(會調整坡度及速度~~)
一些肌力與提臀等的器材使用20min
2.飲食:
早餐:隨意吃~但大都是御飯糰一個or麵包一個+一杯泡飲(ex:山藥薏仁或五鼓類的)
午餐:公司餐點~一主菜(肉)+三樣菜+半碗飯
(不過因為早餐都約9點半or10點才吃完~~所以午餐幾乎只吃一半~~)
晚餐:
A~~~健身房回來約7點半~~休息到8點多~~燙個青菜&肉片偶爾加個蛋~再吃個水果
B~~~沒去健身房~~6.7點就會吃~~內容都一樣的東西~~再餓的話會喝一杯馬玉山
山藥薏仁五穀粥
另外加強的~~~~
每個星期都有去常榮中醫報到~~埋線+吃藥~~~
因為去年有去過~~很有效....這次在去卻完全停滯
在想說會不會有抗藥性呢~~~~~~
還有~我想我可能是典型的代謝症候群~~
基本上體溫很低~~大家摸到我都說我很冰....
去健身房這樣運動下來...幾乎不流汗~~只有一點微濕
之前有跳拳擊有氧~~一小時下來大家都衣服溼透...我只有領子一點點濕
我保證我有很認真的跳.............
請大家給我點建議或鼓勵吧~~~
忘了說~身體感覺有變好~~唯一有感覺的...
以前假日總要睡到中午~上班時間到要起床根本是想死...
現在不管幾點睡都是睡滿8小時左右就會自己醒來...
這應該是變好吧....
