近兩年體重一直維持55~57kg之間
怎麼動體重就是不降
反而走向肌肉女路線
同事捏我的手臂、大腿、小腿都捏不起來
還會邊捏邊叫:妳的肉也太硬了!XD

性別:女
年齡:27歲
身高:159公分
體重:56公斤
BMI:22
體脂率:25.5%
目標:50公斤
運動及飲食固定習慣
06:30 起床後喝500cc溫水
07:30 騎腳踏車上班(3公里騎20分鐘)
08:00 早餐
一杯400cc的優酪乳+綠茶粉(69卡/100ml)
+
一杯500cc沖泡飲品(如麥片或芝麻糊或五榖粉...等)+大燕麥片
12:00 午餐
一飯+三菜,沒有炸物
綜合水果(如小番茄10顆+蘋果1/4顆+芭樂1/4顆+蓮霧1顆...等)
17:00 騎腳踏車下班(3公里騎20分鐘)
18:30 晚餐
一飯+三菜,沒有炸的
19:30 騎X-bike 1~2小時(阻力3,轉速30~32)
週末會再去游泳池踢蛙腳1小時(不會游泳XD)
運動完都會拉筋
00:00前睡覺
其他習慣
1.每天一定喝水1500~2000cc
2.上班期間不會一直坐在辦公桌,會四處走動
還會爬樓梯(一樓爬到六樓約2~3次)
2.熱愛甜食...
每天一定會吃2~3小包裝餅乾
之前曾試過不要吃零食
但是週末就...失控了...Orz
請大家提供意見
該怎麼樣改進體重才能下降
