健身車好還是室外慢跑 - 美體

從去年七月開始減肥 其實也沒有很認真的減
一個禮拜大概騎4~5天LAFIT健身車 每次約40分鐘 速度都在30~35
吃的部分除了早餐改吃大燕麥 午晚餐都以三菜一肉一飯為主 正常吃
偶爾假日會吃多一點 水也是每天喝到2000
不過騎到現在覺得體重沒什麼變 但是全身上下有比較緊實一點
看很多板友都用差不多的時間就很有成效 平均起來一個月至少也會少一公斤
這樣把室內腳踏車改成去操場慢跑會比較好嗎@_@"
