大家可以分享一下
著重在側頭以及著重在中頭的鍛鍊方式嘛?
我鍛鍊三頭的方法大概就是
頭頂三頭伸展 或者是下壓
心血來潮才會做雙槓上稱 或者是啞鈴後伸
問題來了
現在我的左右手有點差異
可是不單單是常態的肌肉量大小差異
而是肌肉分布的差異
左手的中頭明顯就大 側頭小
右手則是側頭大 中頭小
很囧 期望愈練愈多這種情形會慢慢好轉==
