早-水果*1
午、晚-優酪乳各250cc
3月時有用此方法努力實施5天...52kg→50
但是後又犯ED...所以又上升到51KG
本周開始飲食紀錄如下:
4/13(一):(51kg)
早-豆沙包*1
午-啤酒酵母優酪乳*300cc
晚-雞排*1
4/14(二):(50kg)
早-黑咖啡*1杯
午-啤酒酵母優酪乳*300cc
晚-香蕉*1根
4/15(三):(50kg)
早-豆漿*150cc+咖啡*1
午-啤酒酵母優酪乳*300cc
晚-咖啡*1
我的目標是45kg(身高161cm)...
想請教有用過此方法的人給點建議...謝謝~
