雖然大家都說
先胖哪先瘦哪是看基因
但是永遠先胖肚子
再胖手臂大腿
最後才胸部長肉的我
想要大一個cup的夙願
一直無法實現 OAQ
我努力的檢討過胸部不大的原因
是因為容易嘴破的我很討厭吃炸物
雞排這種東西 我人生中沒有超過十塊
高鈉的零食餅乾我也是敬謝不敏
對奶精過敏的我也沒辦法喝珍珠奶茶
容易胃酸逆流也不能大吃甜品
整個人根本垃圾食物絕緣體
但眼看著慢慢逼近25死線
胸部還是跟國中時期一樣大
有點淡淡悲哀
所以想要放手一搏大吃增胖
(因為上述食物都不能吃 所以可能會多吃蛋白質 膠質)
然後增肉期重訓肚子、手臂、大腿等易胖部位
(因為據說有肌肉就算不動還是能消耗更多的脂肪)
等到胖到了一個境界 大概+5kg
我再加入有氧 希望先瘦掉的不要再是胸部了
這方法是我異想天開 一廂情願的想法
想問問有沒有人是這樣升級胸部的~
不然就等我的血淚白老鼠人體實驗文囉
