想請問各位鄉民~
正確的鍛鍊身體的方式~
到底是先減掉多餘的體脂(肥肉)再來鍛鍊身體???
還是直接鍛鍊身體,就可以直接減去肥肉?
有朋友說:不要減肥再練,因為雖然結實,但~過於單薄~!
也有另外的朋友說:直接練壯,男生壯壯的體態比瘦瘦的結實來得好!
到底哪種方式才正確呢?
