如題
我想天天30分鐘
目前阻力調5 速率約在22km
騎了一個月下來
腿有消水腫 但到最近
會覺得大腿前方的肌肉痠 甚至偶而膝蓋會痛
如果還想天天騎30分鐘
我該調慢我的速度還是降低阻力呢? 謝謝~~
