我覺得還是並行比較好
運動的好處其實真的顯而易見
除了大家常講的增肌減脂外,促進新陳代謝,增加心肺功能才是最棒的吧
後兩者可以有效、明顯讓你身體更健康,讓心靈更放鬆
大家是不是都忘記運動的好處啊?
身體動起來,促進血液循環、新陳代謝,這個才是運動的本質啊
像我以前運動,就是從快走跑步做起
最一開始10分鐘就氣喘如牛一定要停下來休息,3000m跑不進20分鐘
經過兩個月的堅持,3000m能夠跑進15分以內
比起體重那種變來變去虛假的數字,這種身體上的進步才是真的!
而且運動兩個月後,也能明顯感覺到更有精神、有朝氣了
平常走路也不會動不動就氣喘吁吁
我覺得運動真的是越早開始越好
人活著就是要動
沒有人是靠著飲食控制在保持身體健康的啦
