我在減之前是57公斤 我的目標是44
現在我每天都很勤勞 大概持續兩個禮拜了吧
*每天都喝3000cc的水,早上溫開水,其餘每十分鐘3口
*早上早餐熱量約250~300大卡、中午約500~800大卡、晚餐150~200大卡
*每天運動兩小時:快走、游泳
*盡量別給自己太大的壓力
*晚上抬腿運動、仰臥起坐20下
*抹瘦身霜,不過我是因為想把那瓶用完,我昨天看成分裡面有辣椒油= =
每次抹都要戴口罩,不然都會打噴嚏不然就是咳嗽。
兩個禮拜 瘦兩公斤
但我就是沒便便...
每天開始都要開始吃青菜了-口-
我要健康健康的瘦!!!各位加油-口-
還有還有 有伴有效!把你要減肥的朋友一起抓過來
就很有效 為什麼咧???
晚上去公園快走時跟旁邊的伴聊天,不知不覺就2小時了
還可以聽到一些八卦哈哈
