我已經實施減肥計畫一段時間了
平常就靠飲食控制+有氧運動 前陣子開始有一點成效
不過最近早晚天氣都比較涼 跑步的時候身體很慢才會暖起來
以前可能跑三or五分鐘就開始出汗
現在都要十分鐘左右 才會有以前五分鐘的出汗量
而且不知道是不是冬天新陳代謝比較慢的關係
我最近好像有點卡關了…體態和體重都沒什麼變
總覺離目標越來越遠...有點焦躁XD
這幾天有加強做核心肌群的訓練 想問大家還有什麼其他方法嗎?
