大家好~我是經常在潛水的版友...
經常看到很多強者在這邊分享他們的健身成果,
我並沒有那麼強,肌肉也不大,
去年發過一次分享,後來感覺體脂太高,
就慢慢減了一些下來,最近是184/75附近徘徊,
但感覺上背部並沒有增強多少,只是體脂少了一點,
給大家看看啦~

我有兩個問題想問,
第一就是我現在的體脂大概是多少?
因為機器都很不準,想問各位的經驗感官,
這樣會是在17~18左右嗎?
第二個問題,
我練背一直沒有什麼進展,
拉單槓經常都是二頭先沒力,
都只能停留在十下,
感覺好像都只有練到中間那一塊,沒有練到旁邊...
今天我去練單槓的時候想到,
如果我正手寬握,
用力時只做把背往上提起的動作而不彎曲手臂,
也就是只用闊背來出力,
這樣的練習會有效果嗎??
還是一定要上到下巴過槓,感覺手肘往後夾,才能鍛鍊到背?
