到底吃到基代是多麼大不了的事? - 健身

借標題問一下,之前一直很困擾的兩個問題
第一個是 總之只要吃到基代,目前可知是不太會有傷身的問題
但是如果假如基代1800 然後早上極端一點只吃100
中間一直用喝氣泡水 白開水來撐住自己
睡前理論上可以吃1700卡的食物來撐飽自己 又能維持身材
這樣對嗎?
第二個是
假設一個120公斤的胖子 理想體重是70公斤好了
那他到底是要吃到120公斤的基代 還是70公斤的基代呢?
(搞不好他吃到70公斤TDEE都還沒到120公斤的BMR....)
還請知道的版友解答

第一個問題其實只是說
在減脂過程中 偶爾混和上上班壓力很大
這時候會去買垃圾食物想麻痺一下自己orz 但是 又不想破了一直以來的飲食控制
就想說 那不如早餐吃一點墊墊肚子 中間忍耐一下
晚餐再好好放縱的吃(不是每天這樣~大概2-3周會有一次)
彌補一下罪惡感XDDD
