太久沒練 身體強度變差 - 健身

各位巨巨有沒有這種感覺
停練兩個月後的身體機能下降很多
也會覺得比較容易累 想睡
尤其是有出門去買東西更明顯
這兩個月都宅廢在家
吃喝拉撒 偶爾做一點徒手健身
上週開始就去WG練了一下
這次踏入有點陌生 很久沒看到健身房的環境
人也沒有像之前那麼多
然後以前練的強度如果有10分
現在的我做到5分就累到不行
臥推的時候以為自己快被槓壓扁
後來跑步機的時候最明顯
以前定速跑20分鐘都還游刃有餘
現在跑個10分鐘就感覺腳快掛了
不是戴口罩難換氣 而是身體真的累那種
真的被自己現在的體能狀態給嚇到了QQ
現在一週大概就去練一兩次
剩下時間就在家多做一些HITT或深蹲之類
祈禱疫情趕快結束 這樣才能多去健身房
有沒有人最近去練也有覺得身體強度變差的感覺?
