如何加速扭傷恢復 - 健身

大家好,因為腳踝扭傷已經兩個月,至今仍會輕微酸痛腫脹。
西醫方面,目前一周復健三次,都是熱敷+超音波,醫師看了也是說多休息。家裡有超音波跟遠紅外線復健儀,每天會固定使用,不過沒有明顯的感覺。
想請問有人嘗試過中醫療法,或是其他方式來加速恢復嗎? 希望能完全恢復然後練腿。
Ps為了讓腳趕快恢復,有避免任何需要腳出力或借力的動作,目前就是在家練二三頭跟坐姿側平舉。
