到底是哪裡錯了一直瘦不下來 - 美體

開始實行減重已經一個半月
才掉3公斤,三圍手腳圍都沒變
而且已經快一個月每天體重在一公斤內上上下下沒有變化
今天早上量竟然比這一個月徘徊的體重又多了快一公斤(所以變成只少2公斤
超想尖叫我到底做錯了什麼Q口Q
而且還是生理期剛過,不是說生理期後應該體重會掉嗎orz
我目前的三餐:
早-早餐店豬肉蛋土司不抹沙拉(土司+肉餅+荷包蛋+小黃瓜絲+生菜)
無糖豆漿一杯(300g)
偶爾加芒果一顆
午-超商500~600卡熟食一份
有時會吃跟早餐相同的一份
晚-潤餅(大概2/3個600cc寶特瓶大小,
薄餅皮+滿滿高麗菜+豆芽菜+一些花生粉+一些肉鬆+幾片肉)
味噌湯
喝水-1500~2000cc
有時運動完會喝無糖豆漿
每天下午跳比利的TAEBO約一小時
之前騎健身車心跳約110~130
現在跳比利心跳會到180~200(這樣算是變成無氧運動嗎?)
剛開始體重停滯時體脂有慢慢降
但是現在體脂也不降了,體重也沒降
我現在是在所謂停滯期嗎?
不管是體重還是三圍降不下去已經夠煩躁
體重沒事還會隔天突然多個一公斤
爬文看都說那算誤差
但是多出來的誤差從來沒有隔天又少回去
好幾次都花一個禮拜左右那一公斤才不見
好像減來減去都一直在減那來亂的一公斤
我的問題到底是出在哪裡呢?
是營養不均還是運動不對.......
我現在看到下不去的數字(不管是體重計還是皮尺的)就心情超差
覺得自己的身體好像弦壞掉的琴 不管拉多用力都毫無反應Q_Q
