體脂肪已經很低了要怎麼瘦? - 美體

我目前29歲,從大學時期體脂肪就一直不太高(低於20),
但是體態一直都不是屬於瘦的...
目前身高162cm,體重47kg,算是很正常的數字,
但上禮拜去做全身健檢,體脂肪只有17.5,
我的上半身很瘦,但是下半生身非常壯!!!! (小腿圍34cm!!)
請問在已經沒有脂肪可以減的情況下要怎麼樣讓體態看起來正常些呢?
