最近原PO在找尋可以讓自己瘦比較快的方法
之前有用過跳繩!!不過覺每天2000下好像效過不是很好
而且又會打到腳...爆痛的
另外一種就是慢跑!!大約只能跑30分鐘不停
在附近的小公園...不過很容易復胖回去
第三種就是去爬登山步道
一次大約1~2個小時
效果很好...但是似乎時間有點久..
而且有時候找不到去
自己爬會很悶
第四種就是...使用非常不健康的諾美婷+利尿劑
目前還沒有實驗過..而且我常常會心悸!!
鄉民們大家都是怎麼減肥的
順便附上的我身高體重 166 62
