剛好沒有需要的啞鈴 - 健身

我想請問,如果需要的啞鈴重量剛好沒有,有什麼替代方案嗎?
比方說,我以前在學校的時候會用12.5lb的
但是現在換到校外,啞鈴只有10和15lb,沒有中間值
那我應該是要用10磅的做多幾次,還是用15磅的做少幾次呢?
有想過用槓片來代替,可是很不好握,只能用手指勾,手指很快就沒力了
(我是女生,目前大概最多用到20磅而已)

以下是純抱怨
為什麼有那麼多人做完重量訓練後都不把器材歸位啊!
每個重量也頂多兩組啞鈴,只要有兩個人不歸位,那個重量就找不到了
而且有的啞鈴更是找遍全健身房都找不到,難道是被偷偷帶回家了嗎?
另外有的人,自己做很重,做完後又不把槓片卸下來搬回去
我看著八片槓片耀武揚威地掛在重量訓練器材上,實在很頭大啊
不搬我又不能做,可是我又搬不太動……
