大家好 小弟是健身新手 之前開始練胸時 是先用史密斯臥推 目前12rm是30公斤(不含槓)
很廢 我知道 最近剛開始練習用自由槓鈴做 發現槓鈴很晃(空槓)
請問各位巨巨 是身體不習慣還是輔助肌群太弱呢? 該如何克服呢?
