動後吃?吃後動? - 減肥

下班時間有點晚,但每天都總想做個運動
一來為了減肥,二來身體健康在上了年紀後就有點注重了
但我有個煩惱
因為下班大約都七點多了
且家人每天都會煮晚餐
如果運動完後再吃,也都八點多了
(不過我晚餐都吃的不多,就是可以填肚子的程度而已)
如果先吃之後再運動,那太激烈運動都會有點亢奮睡不著
這實在常令我兩難Orz
到底要怎麼做比較好
可以給我點建議嗎 謝謝
