如題
我想請問是否午睡對於飲食控制有幫助~
原本只是因為有一天睡起來 當天下午就不會餓,晚餐也不會想吃的那麼多~
連續幾天下來~ 發現有睡午覺 當天就不會想吃很多(尤其是零食)
搜尋相關文章只有晚上睡對的時間有這效果阿?
到底是心理作用還是真的有幫助呢?
因為吃完午餐馬上睡覺我不知道會不會累積腰部脂肪阿
正再煩惱中午到底要不要午睡呢!
大家有沒有遇過相同情況呢?
