有氧運動前的晚餐選擇? - 美體

有感於最近動得太少,吃得太多,
明天開始每週一、四會去上有氧課程。
不過我的下班時間蠻晚的,尤其是週四,
全力衝刺趕到上課教室大概只剩5分鐘就要上課了。
(週一︰晚上7:40的課、週四︰晚上7:10的課)
但是如果下班後上課前什麼都不吃,
我怕會體力不濟,運動不成反而傷身,
所以想請問各位版友,上課前可以吃些什麼食物作晚餐?
現在的希望條件是︰
(1)下班後沒什麼時間吃,最好是便利商店可以買到的食物。
(2)我容易胃酸過高,空腹吃甜食、牛奶、香蕉之類的會不舒服。
(3)希望不是垃圾食物。
吃什麼好的問題真讓我傷透腦筋,
懇請各位版友提供寶貴意見,十分感謝~
