厚屁股 - 美體

其實原本我就不算是體重過重的人
但高中+重考後,覺得自己大腿和屁股肉特別多
上半身卻都沒甚麼變
(體重沒有增加但體態看起來卻不是非常好看@@)
上大學後,就開始運動了~
我是那種運動會動上癮的人= =
只要是沒事我都會去重訓室快走(覺得快走的成效還不錯~)
大概一個禮拜3-4次,每次走半小時再加騎腳踏車
本來想瘦大腿和屁股的,
所以選擇有氧運動
結果都瘦了...
但瘦不均勻QQ
屁股從36.5瘦到35,但本來上半身就是瘦的(原本腰應該26)
結果腰瘦到24...腰跟屁股差距好大看起來好奇怪orz
而且我的屁股是那種肉從腰以下到大腿上(嗯?在說甚麼)
就是整個屁股size是一樣(都35= =)弧度很不明顯
非常的厚!
所以,
這也是基因問題嘛QQ
