先說我的基本資料
身高:160 體重:55 BMI:21
畢業後工作了將近1年,大學期間作息很不正常,
時常熬夜~然後睡到下午,三餐不規律,最常吃的是晚餐跟消夜orz
這種作息在畢業之後進入三餐正常、作息正常的上班生活後
讓我一路變胖....
從原本的48公斤 >>> (經過10個月的上班族生活) >>> 胖到 53kg
後來因為自己的未來規劃想換個工作環境,辭掉了原本的工作,
到歐洲自助了一個月,又很歡樂的吃胖了2kg........
到了目前的55......orz
這幾天終於買了體脂機
測了一下..............太可怕了.....囧
體脂竟然有30.4%之多啊啊啊啊!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
實在太讓我震撼了
剛好今天運動滿一個月
看到如此嚇人的體脂和運動一個月卻沒有改變的體重
實在很打擊
但也知道版上很經典的話:出來混,總是要還的T_T
欠身體的東西太多了...現在很努力的想補回來
只是沒想到...
原來我早就身在泡芙人的行列了...orz
目前減肥是熱量控制在1300-1500卡之間 (我基代1190卡)
每天做40分鐘比利大叔的有氧運動
但體重和體態(腰.臀.手臂.大腿尺寸)都沒有任何動靜...
讓人覺得好難受啊.......
大家有甚麼其他建議嗎
