受傷期間可以做的運動 - 健身

昨天騎機車摔車
目前雙膝都有傷
暫時是個跛腳
腳沒辦法彎
沒辦法施力
看起來離可以正常活動應該還要一個月
但不想要讓好不容易養成的運動習慣被中斷
請問這期間有哪些運動可以做的呢?
