受傷期間所能做的運動 - 美體

近日總是在受傷(前兩個禮拜的傷剛好,現在又受傷了),
而且受傷(擦傷)處總是在接近手肘、膝蓋的地方,且不算小片,
因為近膝蓋,所以原本的跑步也只能暫停了(這個月運動天數不到一個禮拜....),
健身車、滑步機等類會用到膝蓋的自然也不能使用,
至於游泳更是不用遑論了...但又真的很想能夠繼續運動......
想要請教各位,在受傷期間有甚麼運動可以做?
