體重變重 外表變瘦 - 美體

因為工作的關係 需要外表看起來很瘦 但是體重又不能過輕(45公斤以上)
為了變瘦 我控制飲食 可以的話 天天都會運動 (慢跑or游泳)
這兩個月來 我從47公斤減到現在是44公斤
我希望我的外型看起來能再瘦一些 但是體重太輕了...
其實我看起來比實際體重來得胖
47公斤的時候 別人都以為我50
現在44 看起來就差不多47
曾經有一次42公斤 看起來就是剛剛好的45 (我160公分)
我想可能是我脂肪>肌肉吧?! 還是我骨頭輕?!
最近因為這件事好煩惱呀...
目前想到的方法是 多吃肉 多運動(讓脂肪變肌肉)
請問這樣是對的嗎? 要多做什麼運動比較好呢?(游泳可以嗎)
有沒有人可以給我一些 "身材變瘦 體重變重" 的好方法呢?
