只是少吃多運動,經期卻亂了…到底為什麼? - 美體

我是從這個二月開始瘦身行列的,而且告訴自己一定要瘦成功
因為不管是體重、體脂、BMI,我都看不下去了
有聽人家說肌肉比脂肪重以及脂肪的體積比肌肉大
所以我調整心態不執著於體重的數字
而把目標從"半年要瘦十公斤"改為"到八月要從L號改穿S號"
我用的方法有以下幾點:
1、盡量不喝飲料,改喝水、無糖茶、微糖豆漿
2、吃飯的時候把要吃的份量放在自己準備的碟子裡,碟子裡的吃完就不多拿
3、飲食均衡,但多吃葉菜類,因為我平常有便祕的問題,聽說這對減重也會有影響
4、水果以芭樂、蕃茄、蘋果為主,其他甜度高的水果像是西瓜最多吃五口
5、每一口放進嘴裡的食物至少要咬30下,避免暴飲暴食
6、戒掉零食,平常我家放了一堆洋芋片、果凍之類的,現在只留海苔、優格
7、七點以後不吃東西,如果晚上真的餓到受不了,只喝一點液態的東西例如豆漿
8、能站就不躺、騎單車到得了的地方就不坐車
9、每天上健身房1~2小時,通常做的運動是騎腳踏車50~60分、快走30分、重訓20分
10、星期日是我的放假日,所以我會把好吃的放在星期日中午吃,但也不會過量
這樣下來到今天我已經瘦了四~五公斤 (早上晚上體重不一樣)
很多已經穿不下的衣服、褲子現在已經可以穿了,
而且連在一起的大腿也出現縫細
很多親友也都有注意到我的改變,尤其是腰身也已經小小回來一點
但是比較不妙的問題是我經期亂掉了…
四月的時候我就有覺得不太對勁,
因為我平常的生理週期是差不多20幾天來一次
所以通常不是月底就是月初來,但是三月和四月只隔了12天就又來了
量也非常的大,我要棉條和衛生棉一起使用才有辦法不外漏
而且因為我貧血,所以經期差不多都只有三、四天
四月那次經期還拖到一個多星期,到這個月,它根本不來了…
我覺得有問題的部份可能是我睡眠時間不一定,睡眠不足也常常skip meal
我朋友是說我給自己的壓力太大,吃個飯還要數咬幾下、吃幾口,不出問題才怪
叫我放鬆一點,不要給自己太多壓力,可是我覺得我已經很放鬆歡樂吃了啊
我什麼都吃只是份量減半,頂多油炸類的不吃、勾芡的不吃、白麵包不吃這樣
而且我也沒有一下減少太多公斤數啊
到底是什麼原因會導致經期亂序? 還希望大家給我指教
