請問一下
最近去骨科喬脊髓
醫師建議說在調整期間最好不要做跑步.騎腳踏車等運動
最好的是去游泳.. 頂多就快走
請問這樣 我能做的有氧運動能有什麼?
因為本人不會游泳...
但我想要減脂 好不容易考完試 這段時間想要來督促自己的說..
平常偶爾會去跑步 大概半小時到四十分鐘 腳踏車就還好
另外就想不到什麼比較好的有氧減脂運動
因為想要減脂
但又卡在也要調整好自己的脊髓
能否有版友給我建議建議阿~~~~
