大家好~~這是一篇非常閒聊性質的文~~~
吃過一餐好料以後,體重計上的數字想當然爾,吃下3公斤,數字就增加3公斤
我的想法是,較接近真實情況的體重變化反應在隔天。
(我習慣每天早上上完廁所後量體重)
但我有時候的經驗不太一樣:
假設原體重60kg
第一天吃2公斤大餐,攝取超多熱量--->馬上變成62公斤(廢話)
第二天正常吃,攝取和平時一樣的熱量,量體重--->減了一點,61kg,但還是比本來胖
第三天也正常吃,量體重--->竟然比第二天又重了一點,61.5kg
依此類推,第四天可能還增加到61.8kg...
這樣感覺很像是,第一天造的孽會一直延續好幾天嗎
一天吃大餐導致後續的兩、三天體重持續上升?
想問看看大家有類似經驗嗎....好可怕
還是純粹是我後續的兩三天也吃太多而已...
