38yrs男,170cm,七月開始減肥前體重83.5kg,一開始有量inbody基代才15xx。
開始減肥的方法是上健身房,飲食則是沒刻意減少,但至少不吃零食。
健身房就是一個禮拜有四天做重訓,三天騎飛輪
一開始體重開始往上升到85.x,心裡想應該是有加肌肉吧,也不以為意
到現在一個多月,體重才剛剛掉到83.5k以下
雖然跟起始體重是一樣的,但視覺上好看很多,
用"眼睛看",怎麼看都是覺得肥肉減少,肌肉有增加 (現在沒有inbody可量)
我想問的是,不知道跟運動有沒有關係,我現在很"自然"地吃得不多@@"
(應該說剛開始兩三個禮拜食慾是有上升,但近期反而吃得少)
我平常早餐一杯脫脂牛奶
午晚餐吃家裡煮的清淡飲食(非減肥飲食,就是一般家常菜,但我會挑著吃,
基本上以蛋白質類及青菜為主,雞肉也都會去皮等等基本常識,油脂類盡量少碰,
飯基本上是半碗)
我自己查了一下網路資料,覺得我這樣一餐吃下來也才500大卡上下
每天再加一匙乳清,一天下來也就是1300大卡上下。
問題是....我不覺得餓啊!!!
一點都沒刻意唷~~我這樣就夠了,現在我反而很擔心,吃不到基代會怎麼樣啊?
當然我知道標準答案是消耗肌肉,但我同時又有在重訓,目測也的確有加肌肉,
以目前來說合理推斷是消耗脂肪了,但...這有可能持續嗎?
冰柚呀...我有需要硬吃到基代甚至TDEE嗎??
(重點:我真的不餓,要多吃還會覺得太飽....)
