吃早餐的時間 - 減肥

終於過了25歲,減肥變得好難喔....
我現在身高158 體重58....
想要從早上跑步或是游泳開始進行我的減肥計畫
但是問題來了
我的上班時間是12點
所以我想要在上班前運動
早上大約8點半到9點起床~運動1小時,運動完去洗澡然後上班
但是這樣一來我的早餐時間是???
要先吃完早餐去運動嗎??這樣對胃來說會不會有負擔?
因為我小時候腸胃很差,動不動就急性腸胃炎
如果是運動完吃早餐這樣早餐會不會熱量全被吸收??
而且這樣離午餐時間又很近.....TT
從我家道上班地點大約40分鐘
想請問版上的各位會怎樣安排用餐時間呢?
