小妹本人無健身習慣
長期坐椅
每天喝咖啡 約2杯
喝完還是想睡
就是精神不太好那種
最近因心情不太好導致食慾不佳吃很少
後來我查我吃不到基礎代謝
可能最多才1000卡
反正就是吃不多
後來發現很奇妙
精神反而變好
吃一杯咖啡就可以很精神
我沒有在斷食跟節食喔
想問肌肉版的大家
吃得少 反而精神好的原因是???
我是有聽過
不少斷食的人說
斷食當天精神都很好
所以才來肌肉版問大家的
可能原因是???

如果我持續每天吃的少
會持續精神好嗎?
但我這個不是斷食吧
地瓜 可可拿鐵(無糖) 菜 飯 肉 水果
只是我吃的量很少 QQ
